Three games left for Minnesota and the Nashville Predators until the NHL playoffs. Josi and his Predators have successfully qualified themselves for the playoffs and Minnesota is still pending even though it looks likely that they will be participating in the playoffs this year. Minnesota is currently five points ahead of Colorado and has a comfortable edge. In the eastern conference, Streit and his wild are currently on the last wild card spot, but only one point ahead of Boston and will probably need to fight until the last game of the playoffs. Streit and his Flyers have still 5 games left to play and have played one game less than Boston. An average performance would probably be enough for them to reach the playoffs this year. All the other Swiss players will probably miss the playoffs and will return to Switzerland for their vacations or national team preparations soon.
